Jeffrey’s sophistication as a designer stems from his cross-disciplinary background in architecture, development, and construction. Being fluent in the language of each enables him to assemble a unified vision for every project. With his quick wit, he is adept at connecting what may sometimes seem disparate objectives among project stakeholders.
Respected for a spirited modern design aesthetic and technical proficiency, Jeffrey prioritizes clarity in both composition and details. He has completed projects in many typologies including housing, hospitality, office, retail, mixed-use, public transportation, and religious. These projects include both ground-up new construction and adaptive reuse of existing buildings. They range in scale and location from custom residences in rural environments to mixed-use buildings in urban settings. He is currently spear-heading the design and redevelopment of several historic properties in downtown Cleveland, Ohio totaling over 60 million dollars of investment.
Fresh from completing his professional education at the Kent State University College of Architecture and Environmental Design in 1998, he led a design/build studio focusing on multi-family residential and commercial projects. He went on to become an Associate at Bialosky + Partners Architects where he was a lead designer on mixed-use and public transportation projects. Jeffrey joined CRM Companies in 2009 to collaborate on projects with the development team and to form STUDIOCRM as a sister company focusing on architecture, design, and real estate branding.
